The platform's reconciliation worklist, available within Medicom or as a SMART on FHIR app inside your EHR, is where staff review, match, and route the studies automation couldn't place. Studies move from Needs Match to Orderable to Stored, with a built-in safety check along the way: when the date of birth on an incoming study differs from the internal patient record, Checkpoint flags it for verification, helping prevent wrong-patient associations before they happen.
